In the Hiring Flow
Assessments run between Genie and interviews.
After Genie completes an evaluation, the Assessment Agent steps in for candidates who cross the threshold. It reads the Genie analysis before writing questions — so the assessment probes exactly the areas Genie flagged, rather than re-covering strengths that are already confirmed.
